easy asparagus

do you ever have a really hard day and just want something easy (and good) to cook? i did the other day. these take about 5 minutes to prepare, maybe less, and they’re a great switch up to the normal salads, brussels, avocado mash…etc. i ate it with trader joe’s wonton soup.

easy asparagus

1 bunch of asparagus, ends chopped off

1/4 cup soy sauce

ginger to zest over

1. preheat oven to 425°f.

2. place asparagus in the pan and pour soy sauce over, top with ginger (i use some that i keep in my freezer, makes it easier to zest).

3. bake in the oven for 25 minutes. done.
