did delightfulcrab die?
i haven’t had time for a lot of posting since i switched job titles. took a few weeks off. i pledge to continue posting. but today, consider me a ghost. a nice one. maybe i’m casper’s friend, wendy. coming back to you from the 90’s.
last night we carved our nearly perfect pumpkin. what a stud he is. here’s how it went down:

what i did with the blood and guts.
sweet & salty pumpkin seeds
1 cup fresh pumpkin seeds – leave a bit of pulp for flavor
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
salt to taste
1. preheat oven to 325°
2. mix all ingredients together and spread into an even layer on a pan with a lip.
3. pop that sucker into the oven for 30-45 minutes, mixing with a fork every 20 minutes.
4. eat your pumpkin’s insides.
